Welcome to Careforce
What Careforce does, who it serves and where to find help.
Careforce builds AI workers for health plans and provider organizations. They make and answer the calls and texts that keep members enrolled, scheduled and in care, and they do the data work behind that outreach. Your team sets the rules, watches every conversation and steps in when a person is needed.
Careforce was founded in 2024 and is part of the Y Combinator Fall 2024 batch.
Who we work with
- Medicaid and Medicare Advantage health plans, including D-SNPs
- County public health departments
- Community health centers and FQHCs
- Provider groups and specialty practices, such as primary care, cardiology, GI, behavioral health and imaging
